We were pleased to organize the annual Nordic Talks event, this year focusing on food and sustainability.
The Food for Good Summit raised essential contemporary questions such as “How does a food system that is fit for the future look like?” And “what do we need to create it?”. Urging debate within the fields of academia, business and research. Last but not least, getting an insight into solutions, visions and the latest technology.
During the Food for Good EXPO, we got a taste of sustainable food provided by Michelin chef Heidi Bjerkan from Restaurant Credo, prepared together with the Nordic Ambassadors —bringing the gastronomic region of Trøndelag to The Netherlands for a day.
